Introduction and definitions

The purpose of this policy is to inform the data subject, hereinafter referred to as the USER, of the different processing of personal data associated with the services offered on the Internet by Gonvarri Agrotech

By accepting this policy, you expressly accept the provisions of the Privacy Policy and the Legal Notice and Conditions of Use as a USER of the services offered by the Gonvarri Agrotech website, the purpose of which is to offer information on its products and solutions and to provide interested parties with a means of contact.

For the correct understanding of this policy, the following definitions are made:

  • User: shall be any natural or legal person who accesses and/or uses the website and/or the services offered by Gonvarri Agrotech by any means without the need to register.   • Services: cover all products and promotional actions, whether free or paid, consisting of access to different information, content, commercial and corporate communications, programs, applications, shops, websites, video on demand or similar offered by Gonvarri Agrotech.

Compliance with current regulations

Gonvarri Agrotech, being located in Spain, is subject to compliance with Spanish and European regulations on data protection and information society services.

The USER’s personal data shall be processed in accordance with the provisions of Gonvarri Industries’ Corporate Data Privacy Policy, based on Regulation (EU) 2016/679, of 27 April (GDPR), and Organic Law 3/2018, of 5 December (LOPDGDD).

Legitimisation for data processing

  • (GDPR art, 6.1.a) the USER consented to the processing of his/her personal data for one or more specific purposes through the Gonvarri Agrotech website.
  • (GDPR art. 6.1 f) the processing is necessary for the satisfaction of legitimate interests pursued by the controller, Gonvarri Agrotech, which is the provision of the services offered on its website and the proper functioning of the website.

Users’ rights in the area of personal data protection

The USER has the right to access their personal data, as well as to request the rectification of inaccurate data or, where appropriate, request its deletion when, among other reasons, the data is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected.

In certain circumstances and for reasons related to their particular situation, the USER may object to the processing of their data. Gonvarri Agrotech will cease to process the data, except for compelling legitimate reasons, or the exercise or defense of possible claims.
